1. Personal data is collected by Marengo in compliance with the security requirements set out in the Personal Data Protection Act of August 26, 2002. Logging into the system means consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes only by Marengo. Each customer has the right to inspect their data, correct them and request their removal by sending an e-mail to the address kontakt@marengo24.pl with the title "resignation".
2. Each time, the purpose, scope and recipients of data processed by MARENGO result from the actions taken by the Service Recipient or the Customer in the Online Store. For example, if the Customer selects personal collection instead of courier delivery when placing the Order, his personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and implementing the Sales Agreement, but will no longer be made available to the carrier performing the shipment at the request of MARENGO.
