Regulations of the Jotun.Marengo24.pl store

The Jotun.Marengo24.pl online store operating at www.jotun.marengo24.pl is run by the company:

P.H.P. MARENGO s.c.

NIP 676-003-27-01, Regon 003909892, hereinafter referred to as MARENGO.

1. ORDERS.

Orders in the store can only be made by people with an account in the store.

The user account is set up by the store owner and provides the login details to the User. After logging in to the store, the user should set a new password to secure his account.

2. PRICES

The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods presented on the website of the Jotun.Marengo24.pl online store, to post information about new goods, to carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the store's website, or to introduce changes to them.

The Seller will make every effort to ensure that the goods presented on the website of the online store Jotun.Marengo24.pl coincide with the Seller's current stock. In the event of unavailability of all or part of the goods covered by the order, the Seller shall immediately notify the Buyer and, if the Buyer pays the price, he will return the entire amount received from him.

3. PAYMENT.

Payment methods available for a given Order are presented in the course of placing the Order

The payment methods applicable in the store are:

- transfer to the Seller's bank account based on a proforma invoice. A proforma invoice is issued and sent by e-mail to the Buyer within 3 business days of placing the order.

- by payment card through an external payment system;

4. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY.

The term of the order is from 10 to 21 days from its submission and payment. The moment of making the payment is considered to be the moment of crediting the funds to the Seller's account.

The prices of the offered goods include transport costs to one place in Poland.

The ordered goods are delivered via InPost or other courier company.

If the delivery cannot be made within the specified period, the Seller shall inform the Buyer of this fact.

The store allows personal collection of the ordered goods at the Marengo headquarters at the following address: ul. Wieniawskiego 39, 31-436 Kraków, from 10:00 to 17:00 (on business days) only after prior telephone or e-mail contact.

5. LIABILITY FOR GOODS DEFECTS AND FOR ITS CONFORMITY, COMPLAINTS

Before collecting the parcel from the post office or courier, check whether the packaging has not been damaged in transport. In particular, pay attention to the condition of the tapes affixed to the shipment. If the packaging of the shipment shows signs of damage or if the tapes are broken, do not accept the shipment and open it in the presence of the courier and possibly draw up a damage report and contact the seller as soon as possible to clarify the matter.

If a defect is detected, please contact the store's service by e-mail. She will prepare a complaint application.
The complaint should be sent to the e-mail address kontakt@marengo24.pl or contacted by phone at +48 12 413 52 02.
Shipping address for the advertised goods: Marengo, ul. Wieniawskiego, 31-436 Krakow.
The complaint should contain information which product is inconsistent with the contract
and a description of these discrepancies (defects) and what we demand from the seller.
The complaint will be considered within 14 days.

7. RETURNS

Products in the Store have a printed logo and you can only purchase on invoice - because it is an internal store for Jotun branches. Goods purchased against an invoice and marked with a logo can only be returned if the product is faulty or damaged. The buyer who is a consumer has 14 days to return/withdraw from the contract without giving a reason or referring to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, art. 27) must notify the seller of this fact by e-mail to the e-mail address: kontakt@marengo24.pl or tel. 124135202; Goods intact, without signs of use must be returned to the seller to the address of ul. Wieniawskiego 39, 31-436 Kraków. After checking the goods, the seller will immediately refund the money to the consumer who made the return

8. GDPR

According to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR) - we inform you that:

8.2. Your personal data such as name and surname, telephone number, position, e-mail address, company name, company address, tax identification number will be processed in order to: - fulfillment of the order placed in the store - promotion and marketing of the activities carried out by P.H.P. Marengo s.c. (hereinafter referred to as Marengo), services provided and products offered - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is art. 6, sec. 1 lit. a), i.e. the consent of the data subject and art. 6 section 1 lit. b), i.e. processing is necessary to perform the contract, i.e. participation in the Conference and art. 6 section 1 lit. f), i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

8.3. The recipients of your personal data will be entities participating in the execution of the order, such as: courier companies. --- we would like to inform you that these entities process personal data - acting under and based on entrustment agreements (in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR), or based on submitted confidentiality statements.

8.4. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.

8.5. Your personal data will be stored: a) for the time necessary to complete the order and also for the purpose of: - pursuing claims - performance of obligations arising from legal provisions, including in particular tax and accounting, - statistical and archiving, b) until the date of withdrawal of consent - in the case of consent to individual processing methods. 8.6. You have the right to: access your data (pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR), rectify the data (pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR), delete data ("the right to be forgotten") (pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR), to limit processing (pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR), to transfer data (pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR), to object (pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR). 8.7. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling;

8.8. In the event that the processing of your data is based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and withdrawal of consent does not affect the compliance of the processing that was carried out on its basis before the consent was withdrawn.

8.9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, when you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

8.10. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the order.
